This role requires someone who is empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with young people who may have experienced challenging backgrounds. As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,385 per annum, plus a £1000 sickness bonus and a £1000 signing-on bonus for qualified staff. Our benefits package includes casual dress, company pension, discounted or free food, employee discount, free parking, health and wellbeing programme, on-site parking, referral programme, sick pay, overtime, weekend availability, GCSE or equivalent (preferred), and 1 year of residential childcare experience (preferred).
