Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members.


About the Position

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent care and support to children and young people. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Up to £39,000 per annum inclusive of sleeps
  • 2 on 4 off shift pattern with one additional day per month
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum
