Care Specialist for Children with Adverse Childhood Experiences

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Brinscall Care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of vulnerable children.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to children who have experienced trauma. Your compassion, patience, and dedication will help create a nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Provide emotional support and a safe environment to promote healing and well-being

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in childcare or a related field, a strong understanding of adverse childhood experiences, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
