Job Description

This ASC Teaching Assistant role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual to work closely with students in a specialist school setting. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with pupils, providing tailored support, and promoting inclusivity within the classroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.

Requirements

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly Autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
