Dedicated ASC Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ASC Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
**Job Overview:**
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy when working with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supporting Students: Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters academic success and social growth.
- Implementing Educational Plans: Assist in the development and implementation of personalized educational plans to meet the unique needs of students with ASC.
- Facilitating Communication: Facilitate communication and social interactions for students with ASC, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications and Experience: A strong understanding of supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition is desirable but not essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Patient and Empathetic: Demonstrable patience and empathy in working with children with special educational needs.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
The salary for this position is approximately £12.90 per hour, with the opportunity to make this role permanent in the future.
