About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Job Summary

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare teams. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, taking samples from patients for testing, and undertaking clinical duties under the guidance of our experienced nursing staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic approach, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You must also have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or above (Grade 4-9) in both English and Mathematics, as well as a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
