Senior Care Assistant

We are looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our care team. As a Senior Care Assistant at Carepath Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents while working in a positive and supportive environment.

We require individuals who are calm, patient, and hardworking, with a friendly disposition and the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting. Experience is essential for this role, as is the ability to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

You will have the maturity to accept responsibility, handle stress, and grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner. Previous experience and relevant qualifications in care are preferred but not essential, as full training including online e-learning is available through our preferred training academy.

Our benefits include free online training, competitive enhanced DBS check cost, holiday pay entitlement, travel expenses (dependent on the case), and a supportive and dedicated recruitment team.
