Trauma-Informed Care Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled trauma-informed care specialist to join our team at Brinscall Care. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to children who have experienced traumatic events.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive support and care.
  • Establish a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  2. Proven ability to work effectively with vulnerable populations.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

This role offers an estimated annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
