Care Manager Role Overview

At Creative Support, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to take on the role of Care Manager for our learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly-motivated team of support workers and contribute to the further development of our service.
