Childcare Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Assistant Manager to join our team at Integra. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years old. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the management of nursery operations, supporting room leaders and other staff members to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of nursery operations
- Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote learning and development
- Work collaboratively with room leaders to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- A Level 2 or higher qualification in early years or childcare
- Previous experience working with children
- A patient and caring nature, and a real passion for working with children
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
