About the Role:


We are seeking an exceptional Childcare Development Associate to join our EYFS team. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young pupils. Your primary responsibility will be to provide inclusive learning support that caters to diverse needs, promoting academic growth and social development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering tailored learning support programs for pupils with varying abilities
  • Engaging with parents and carers to ensure collaborative learning and communication

Requirements:

  • A strong background in early years education or a related field
  • An enhanced DBS check and current child protection training

Salary: Approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
