About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at SaaScend. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our clients' Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce platforms (Pardot, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein, CPQ) for multiple clients.
- Support new client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Salesforce solutions to meet those requirements.
- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of client configurations and customizations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to client users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Salesforce tools.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices, applying them to client environments.
Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience.
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
- Strong background in automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and train users effectively.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration with Salesforce and any marketing automation tool.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in finding clever solutions to complex logistical issues.
- Enthusiasm and motivation to continue learning and growing your skill set and taking the initiative to go the extra mile whenever possible.
