Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Salesforce team and drive the development of new business capabilities and components
  • Maintain and evolve our current Salesforce Org to take advantage of new and emerging technologies
  • Develop capabilities that enable Kaplan International Languages to transform ways of working and realise the full potential of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a Salesforce team
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer
  • Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience
  • A thorough understanding of web services, data modelling and enterprise application integration concepts
  • Clear and demonstrable understanding of Salesforce best practice
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft and AppExchange solutions
