Salesforce Platform Specialist

At Social Value Portal, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.

About the Role

  • Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  • Manage user permissions, object configuration, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and bulk updates.
  • Develop and automate workflows using Salesforce flows, process builder, and approvals.
  • Implement new Salesforce functionality to enhance business processes.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce flows and configuration requests.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Git is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
