Salesforce Administrator - Enhance Capabilities, Develop Automation Tools
At ITRS, we're growing and seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key player, you'll focus on hands-on customization, data management, troubleshooting, and automation of our Salesforce platform.

About the Role
You will administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, to improve processes. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, especially in Flows, Lightning Experience, and formula fields, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) environments
- Develop and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to align with business needs
- Manage security settings, user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data access across teams
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, test, and implement new features

Requirements
- 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Conga
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Lightning Experience, formula fields)
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus
- Experience with data management (Data Loader, Workbench) and deployment tools (Gearset)

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
