We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our Wise Platform team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for continually improving our Salesforce platform by gathering feedback, designing solutions, and managing our project backlog.

The ideal candidate will have great Salesforce domain knowledge, be skilled in managing changes, communicating clearly, prioritizing tasks, and managing projects. You will work well with stakeholders at all levels and act as the bridge between business and technology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • User management and handling support requests
  • Providing training and designing user-friendly solutions
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Salesforce automation tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and in dynamic environments
