Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care and Support Worker to join our team. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support services.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, preferably in a care or support setting.
  • Qualifications in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic level of English and Math required.
