Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:
Total Care Matters Ltd. is a leading provider of residential children's homes, dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the young people in our care, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
Safeguard the young people in our care, ensuring their safety and protection at all times.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting the education and independence of our young people.
Collaborate with the care team to create a positive and supportive living environment.
Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Enrolment on L3 or L4 Diploma in Children & Young People and the future opportunity to enrol on L5 Diploma for Leadership & Management.

Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience supporting children or a passion for working with young people.
Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People would be desirable but not essential - we are happy to support you through your L3, L4, or L5 qualification.
