Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support the daily lives of children and young people in our care.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, promoting a nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with the team to achieve positive outcomes.
- Provide education and life skills training, promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Participate in relevant training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Accurately record incidents and report writing, maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Support your team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.

To be considered for work with us:
- You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
- Ideally, you have experience supporting children. If not, you must have a passion for working with children
- Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People would be desirable but not essential - we are happy to support you through your L3, L4, or L5 qualification
- Please note all successful applicants are required to undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or provide evidence that they are on the updated service
