Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and safeguarding the young people in our care.
  • Promoting their education and independence skills.
  • Undertaking relevant training and accurately recording incidents.
  • Supporting your team and contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and have a passion for working with children. Ideally, you will have experience supporting children, but we are happy to support you through your L3, L4, or L5 qualification. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or provide evidence that they are on the updated service.
