Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and safeguarding the young people in our care
  • Promoting their education and independence skills
  • Undertaking relevant training and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to the children and young people
  • Working closely with your team to create a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have experience supporting children, or a passion for working with children
  • Be willing to undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure
