**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. As a Support Worker - Young People Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young adults in our residential setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide individualized support to young adults, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our organization's policies and procedures

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £26,100 per annum, plus sleep ins paid at £75.00 per shift
  • A rota pattern with 8am-11pm shifts, never two in a row
