About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Eden Futures. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs.
Our ideal candidate will be a caring and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for helping others lead a full and active life. You will be committed to delivering person-centred care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Support service users to participate in chosen social activities and services in their community.
- Provide emotional support when needed, maintaining a person-centred approach.
- Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others.
