Carefound Home Care Professional Care Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our team at Carefound Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you'll build strong relationships with our clients, providing companionship and support to help them live independently in their own homes.
Your role will involve providing personal care, assisting with mobility and staying active, and helping with medication or specialist needs. You'll also be responsible for running errands, such as shopping or picking up prescriptions, and helping with household tasks.
We're looking for someone who is warm, patient, and compassionate, with a positive 'can do' attitude. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Providing companionship and support to clients
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and staying active
- Helping with medication or specialist needs
- Running errands, such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
- Helping with household tasks
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.60 to £15.20, including paid travel time
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days
