Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Lothian Valuation Joint Board. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Valuation Team in the administration and undertaking of inspections of lands and heritages within our geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of the Electoral Register during periods of peak activity
- Use a range of software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Work well as part of a team and be a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills
Requirements:
- Experience in using software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work well as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary scale of £23,591 - £25,631 per annum (pay award pending)
- Full-time and part-time hours available, with 35.75 hours per week
