**Job Overview**:
Fenton and Scott is dedicated to bridging the gap between property owners and charitable organisations. We pride ourselves on fostering strong relationships with clients and partners while delivering outstanding results. We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and source new clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to facilitate property deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- **Account Management**: Oversee and maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and financial transactions.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
- **Independent Work**: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Commercial Awareness**: Strong understanding of business principles and commercial practices.
- **IT Knowledge**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and general IT systems.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
