We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Care Coordinator to join our New Forest East Health Visiting Team. As a coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals, families, and community members.
About the Role
- Foster strong partnerships between healthcare professionals, families, and community members
- Coordinate effective communication and information sharing
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with NMC standards
Key Skills and Qualifications
- NMC registered Part 3
- BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
