Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Care Professional to join our Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Trust Foundation team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team members to deliver high-quality care and support to communities, children, and families.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing needs, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with partners to support their caseload. This role requires strong communication skills, a strong approach to teamwork, and experience leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.

You will hold a Registered Nurse/Midwife qualification, BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent, NMC Registered Part 3, Nurse Prescriber qualifications, and a full UK driving licence. Desirable qualifications include Child Branch Registration or similar, Mentorship Module, and evidence of ongoing learning and professional development.

Salary and Benefits
