Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive rate for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant in the Crawley area.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Infant School in Crawley. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery;
- Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN;
- Participating in whole-class activities and group work;
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education (or equivalent);
- Experience working with children with SEN;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
