Special Education Needs Assistant in Crawley

We are seeking a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to join our Infant School team in Crawley. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key responsibilities include assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, providing one-to-one support to students with SEN, participating in whole-class activities and group work, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Education (or equivalent), experience working with children with SEN, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
