Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lewes, East Sussex. As a Teaching Assistant - SEND Support, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs to achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting teachers in delivering lessons, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to students with SEN
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student needs and progress

Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving license and ability to travel between schools

Salary: The salary for this role is £16,379 per annum, pro-rata, based on 39 weeks worked per year.
