Randstad Education is seeking experienced support assistants to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. About the Role:
As a School Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.
You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to students in the classroom, during breaks, and during extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN
Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of child development and learning principles
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
