Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to join our team at Right at Home Aylesbury. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Administering medication and assisting with medical procedures
- Assisting clients with washing and dressing, as well as shopping and meal preparation
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
- Availability for early morning shifts from 7am and alternate weekend shifts
- Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Vehicle business insurance (class 1) and UK right to work
