Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to join our team at Right at Home Aylesbury. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administering medication and assisting with medical procedures
  • Assisting clients with washing and dressing, as well as shopping and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • Availability for early morning shifts from 7am and alternate weekend shifts
  • Full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Vehicle business insurance (class 1) and UK right to work
