In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing residents' quality of life through a stimulating lifestyle program and framework that fosters meaningful occupation within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify the needs, preferences, and aspirations of individual residents through resident profiles, life history, Care Plans, observations, and face-to-face conversations with a person-centered ethos.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of residents and service delivery across the home.
  • Plan and coordinate a weekly program for the home, collaborating with care and other staff, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ensure plans and equipment are in place for staff to follow in your absence.
  • Incorporate all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework when planning programs.
  • Identify the requirements of individuals who may be/isolated and plan specific, person-centered programs for them.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £20-25 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
