Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process. This includes attracting, recruiting, and retaining carers, ensuring compliance, and reporting on performance.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Assist with HR tasks (contracts, onboarding, records)
  • Work towards KPIs and report on performance
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives

 


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Creative thinker with excellent communication skills, proficient in social media and recruitment technology.
