Domiciliary Care Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Registered Care Manager to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. and contribute to the delivery of high-quality domiciliary and supported living services.
This role offers a salary package up to £36,000, along with an array of benefits designed to support your personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that each client receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs.
- Manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Conduct regular audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with care regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote excellent care practice.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager, Home Manager, or in a similar capacity.
- A strong background in care services, with a focus on client satisfaction, team leadership, training, and management.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, promoting person-centered care.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of care regulations, including compliance and legislative requirements.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
- An enhanced DBS check, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
