About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domiciliary Care Team Lead to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, delivering high-quality care services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to achieve business aims and values.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service provision and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in management within the care industry, preferably in domiciliary care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good or Outstanding scores.
