Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of home management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys encouraging and supervising staff while reviewing resident care plans.
About the Role- Support the management team in day-to-day operations
- Encourage and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care
- Review and implement resident care plans
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Estimated salary: £28,400 - £34,800 per annum. Additionally, you will benefit from:
- A permanent contract with 36 hours per week
- Weekday rate: £14.00 per hour
- Weekend rate: £14.50 per hour
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in care or management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
This position is based in Chesham - Chesham Bois. The working hours are full-time, 36 hours per week.
