We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care team at Additional Resources Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong community networks to promote our services and enhance client satisfaction.

  • You will oversee the recruitment and training of skilled care staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • You will craft and manage client care plans, conducting thorough risk assessments to guarantee optimal care delivery.
  • You will handle client inquiries, coordinate new care packages, and effectively manage complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • You will lead staff appraisals and spearhead professional development initiatives, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager, Home Manager, or in a similar capacity.
  • A strong background in care services, with a focus on client satisfaction, team leadership, training, and management.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, promoting person-centered care.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of care regulations, including compliance and legislative requirements.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
  • An enhanced DBS check, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
