Job Title: Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring specialist to join our team as a Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering programmes that promote social interaction, community engagement, and overall wellbeing among our residents. This will involve coordinating with the care team to identify individual requirements and create tailored plans that meet their needs and preferences.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, working closely with them to understand their needs and interests. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of activities and events designed to promote community engagement, social interaction, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver programmes that promote social interaction and community engagement
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of programmes and services
* Coordinate weekly programme plans to ensure a diverse and engaging schedule of activities

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: £38,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
