At Right at Home Aylesbury, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, individualized care and companionship to vulnerable adults in their own homes. We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team of Community Care Assistants.
As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and improve their overall well-being. Your duties will include:
• Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Administering medication
• Assisting with shopping and household chores
• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
• Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to offer availability for early morning and evening shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Commit to attending a 4-day training course
• Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
