Care Home Manager Position

Bright Selection is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a small, Good-rated care home in Buckinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead all aspects of the home's success, including resident satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
- Care Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of care services meets the highest standards, balancing compassion with financial responsibility.
- Occupancy and Financial Management: Oversee occupancy and manage the home's financial performance to meet revenue targets, while maintaining economic viability.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 4/ L5 Diploma).
- Proven management experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a registered care setting, with a track record of Good CQC compliance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, CQC Regulations, and Care Act 2014/15.
