Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to join our luxury elderly care home in Buckinghamshire. As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential floor within a larger care home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the smooth running of the residential care unit
• Ensure high standards of care planning, medication administration, and auditing
• Maintain excellent clinical compliance, adhering to CQC guidance
Requirements:
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Experience in care planning, medication administration, and auditing
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting
Salary: £40,000pa, 40hrs a week, 100% supernumerary, 5 days a week to include alternative weekends
