Customer Experience Assistant

Job Summary
The Customer Experience Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and engaging and leading shop volunteers. This role requires effective and efficient operation of the shop and its resources, as well as maximising sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the shop and its resources in accordance with senior management guidance and instruction.
- Maximise sales and profitability of the shop.
- Engage and motivate the team of shop volunteers.
- Provide and inspire excellence in customer care.
- Oversee the daily running of the shop on the Manager's days off.
- Act as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.
