About the Role

As a Care Assistant with SureCare Wycombe & Chiltern, you will be working with vulnerable and elderly individuals in their own homes. Our dedicated team is committed to promoting wellbeing, choice, and dignity for those who deserve it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Benefits
  • Flexible working pattern (all shift patterns required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends - full and part-time)
