Key Responsibilities
  • Developing supportive relationships with supervisees and colleagues.
  • Ensuring the delivery of client-centred treatment approaches.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with audit and CQC standards.
  • Deputising for the Service Manager in their absence.
