Community Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Adult Social Care Services team. As a key member of our Community Led Support (CLS) team, you will be responsible for providing expert social work support to individuals and families in need.
You will work collaboratively with community partners to develop and implement effective support plans, contributing to the development of CLS services and initiatives. Your expertise will enable us to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our residents.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or relevant field.
- Postgraduate qualification award through a recognised CPD route.
- Enhanced DBS check at an enhanced plus adults barred list level.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
