Are you passionate about supporting individuals with autism and other needs? We are seeking highly motivated Care and Support Practitioners to join our team at Creative Support Careers.

About the Role:

As a Care and Support Practitioner, you will provide care and support in a personalised and responsive manner, promoting independence and self-advocacy. You will work proactively to enable individuals to develop their quality of life and independence.

Your Responsibilities:
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other needs
* Act as a Key Worker, supporting individuals to achieve their dreams and goals
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote person-centred support and best practice
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and community professionals

Requirements:
* Experience of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those with autism or learning disabilities
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to person-centred values and principles

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Salary Estimate:
This role is estimated to pay around £27,500 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
