About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Health Manager to lead our team in Thurrock, Essex. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of community-based treatment settings.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing support to drug and alcohol users aged 18 and over, and ensuring that services meet the needs of the client group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop supportive relationships with supervisees and other colleagues in the service.
  • Support the service manager in developing relations with key stakeholders.
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments, designing and implementing SMART care plans.
  • Ensure that group work and all psychosocial interventions are delivered in accordance with the needs of the service users.
