As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement innovative strategies that promote inclusion and achievement.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.* Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning and develop essential life skills.* Collaborate with teachers and parents to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our teaching and learning approach.* Contribute to the creation of a vibrant and inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes social cohesion among students.* Record and track student progress, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.

About You
* Hold a valid DBS certificate, demonstrating your dedication to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals.* Bring a wealth of experience working with students with special educational needs, showcasing your creativity, patience, and enthusiasm.* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents from diverse backgrounds.

What We Offer
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
